Dr. Sony Sherpa is an obstetrician and gynecologist with clinical, teaching, research and medical-writing experience across Nepal and China. She completed her MBBS at Guangzhou Medical University, including a year-long rotary internship at the Third Affiliated Hospital, and later completed postgraduate training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Manipal College of Medical Sciences. Her clinical interests include high-risk pregnancy, premature rupture of membranes, general gynecology, prenatal counselling and respectful maternity care.
